  • alive的基本意思是“活着”,指人〔动物〕还没有死,也可指某人〔动物〕“有活力,活泼”或某事〔物〕“存在着,继续不断”。
  • alive在句中主要用作表语,也可用作宾语补足语。一般不用在名词前作定语,偶尔用作定语时只能用在被修饰的名词之后。
  • alive不能用very修饰,但可以说much alive或very much alive。用very much比用much普遍。
  • alive后可跟介词with,也可接to,意思不同,前者的意思是“充满”; 后者的意思是“觉察到”“对…都一样”“感觉到”。
  • alive不用于比较等级。
