1. 妄想：1.概念 妄想 (delusion) 是一种在病理基础上产生的歪曲的信念. 发生在意识清晰的情况下,是病态推理和判断的结果. 具有如下特点:①所产生的信念无事实根据,但病人坚信不移,不能以亲身经历所纠正,亦不能为事实所说服;

2. 幻觉：科学幻想(fancy)是一种向往、一种想象力、一种初级的逻辑思维,本质是唯物的;它与妄想、臆想(chimera, pipe deam)和幻觉(delusion)的根本区别在于后者是唯心的、不切实际的,也不具备科学的属性.
