1. 呼气末正压通气：(2)呼气末正压通气(PEEP)是常用模式,所用压力从0.3~0.5kPa开始,最高不超过2.0kPa,PaO2达到10.7kPa(80mmHg)、SaO2≥90%、FiO2≤0.4且稳定12小时以上者,可逐步降低PEEP至停用.

2. 呼吸末正压：如清除呼吸道分泌物,面罩吸氧后青紫,呼吸窘迫仍未改善,或者心跳呼吸骤停者,复苏后即行气管插管,用呼吸机间歇正压通气(IPPV)呼吸末正压(PEEP)治疗. 每隔2小时气道内吸引一次,如血性分泌物多,可适当缩短吸引时间.
